Former Rockette Mary Six Rupert is proud to present "Forever Linked," a tap dance extravaganza that celebrates the history of precision dance from The Tiller Girls to The Rockettes, with special guest, 92-year old Muriel Bradshaw, a former Roxyette, the precision dance troupe at the Roxy Theatre.  (The Roxyettes opened Radio City Music Hall in 1932 and later changed their name to the Rockettes.)  The tap feast will also feature speaker Sandra Bryant, descendent of a Tiller Girl, the first precision dance troupe started in England in the late 1800s.  Hosts for this 6th annual presentation of Legacy 36 are founder/director/choreographer Mary Six Rupert, who performed as a Rockette for thirteen years and is currently a professor of tap at Wagner College.   Ms. Rupert will co-host the show with Bruce Michael, former VP and Creative Producer of the Rockettes, and currently the Executive Director of The Space at Westbury.  One performance only, Saturday June 9, 6 PM, at Schimmel Center at Pace University, 3 Spruce Street.

Former Rockettes Kimberly and Katherine Corp will once again act as co-dance captains and performers, joining a company of tappers and specialty dancers that includes:
Tomlee L. Abraham, Mark Mindek (stilt dancer, often appearing in Metropolitan Opera productions), Maris Wolff (3-legged dancer), Sarah Litchty (toe-tap), Griff Braun, Mary Braun Rupert, and 5-year old Henry Braun in a new "family tap dance."

They join the line of Legacy Dancers: the glamorous identical twin Corp sisters, Dottie Belle, Stephanie Bishop, Linda Bloom, Courtney Copper, Jennifer Lee Crowl, Mandy Evans, Mary Kane, Donna Kapral, Cassandra Palacio and Phoebe Pearl.
