Brooklyn Irish Dance Company returns to the historical off-broadway establishment Theatre 80 for a night of music and incredible dancing that tells the story of the journey to America in a beautiful, intimate setting on Saturday, May 4th. Brooklyn Irish Dance Company is joining forces with the award-winning duo Switchback to present Celtic America, a one-night-only celebration of Irish heritage and the American dream.  With traditional Irish music & dance, and original folk and Americana tunes, Celtic America will be a night to remember!

Brooklyn Irish Dance Company made their off-Broadway debut with two sold out performances of their premiere production A Celtic Christmas Story this past December at Theatre 80 in lower Manhattan. Based in Brooklyn, Brooklyn Irish Dance Company strives to create new works as a collaborative community of dancers to break traditional boundaries and engage audiences with innovative and accessible performances of Irish dance and music.
