Immersive Dance-Theater Work Moves to Manhattan for Extended Run
THE HIDDEN ONES

and new… on our way out, I immediately wished for more”

“Very rarely have I been so moved from or in awe of any production… It
is uniquely and deeply moving, a haunting experience.”

After scoring critical acclaim and sold out performances earlier this
fall in Brooklyn, immersive dance-theater hit THE HIDDEN ONES returns
for and extended run beginning November 1 at an undisclosed venue in
Midtown Manhattan near the 50th Street stop on the A/C subway line.
Presented by Miller-Coffman Productions, THE HIDDEN ONES was conceived
and directed by Anthony Logan Cole (Les Miserables, Curiosities) and
choreographed by Whitney Sprayberry (Seeing You, Jagged Little Pill).

THE HIDDEN ONES is set near the end of World War II. An audience of 6
members per performance begins their journey in a secret location,
where they are smuggled into a world of true stories of those forced
into hiding. THE HIDDEN ONES brings the audience face to face not only
with history, but with stories of raw love and humanity as they
observe two families working to overcome extraordinary circumstances
in the darkest of times. It is about how hope can survive turmoil, how
passion can thrive in the bleakest of times, and how silence can speak
deafening volumes.

The cast for THE HIDDEN ONES includes Jay Stuart, Chris Jumper, Marley
Madding, Rakel Aroyo, Amar Biamonte, Monica Blaze Leavitt, Sophia
Andreyev, Anthony Logan Cole, and Bryan S. Walton. The production team
includes immersive, Broadway, and film veterans who have crafted
unique experiences for each of the show’s audience members. The team
includes: Scenic Design and Art by Braden Hooter, Technical
Supervision by Christina Verde, Production Management by Tyler Oberle,
and General Management by Green Lite Productions. It is produced by
Stephen Miller, Jess Weiss, John Lant, Tyler Oberle, Lyle Sterne, and
Dave Morrissey Jr.

Anthony Logan Cole (Head Creative/Director) hails from Washington, DC
but currently calls New York City his home. He is a creator/director
of immersive theatre works including Curiosities (Creator/Director),
The House (Associate Director), The Seance at Morris Jumel
(Creator/Director) and additional work on The Uninvited: Awakening
(Immersive Director) and The Alving Estate (Associate Director).  As
an actor, he has been seen internationally as well as coast to coast
as Javert in Les Miserables. International: Jekyll and Hyde
(Jekyll/Hyde). Off-Broadway: Frankenstein (Victor Frankenstein), and
Full House: The Musical (Uncle Joey Standby). Regional and Tour: Rock
Of Ages (Lonny), Beauty and the Beast (Beast), Scarlet Pimpernel
(Chauvelin), and The Rocky Horror Show (Eddie/Dr Scott). Cole has
headlined at the Metropolitan Room, The Duplex, Coronado Playhouse and
54 Below.

Whitney Sprayberry (Choreographer) was just featured in the world
premiere of Jagged Little Pill, a musical based on Alanis Morrisette's
1995 album under the direction of Tony winner Diane Paulus. She was
also a cast member in Spider-man "Turn off the Dark" on Broadway
directed by Phil McKinnley. Other credits include assisting Chase
Brock on "Alice by Heart," a new musical by Steven Sater and Duncan
Sheik, and an original swing for Seeing You, an immersive show
choreographed by Ryan Heffington. She has been a faculty member at
Fordham University for both the Dance and Musical Theater programs and
is currently on the faculty at The Institute for American Musical
Theater.

THE HIDDEN ONES runs November 1 – December 2. Performances are
Wednesday – Sunday at 7pm and 9pm. (Note: no performances Nov. 21-23.)
Running time is 65 minutes. The production is recommended for ages
16+. Exact location details are only provided after ticket purchase,
via email. Tickets are $100, available at www.TheHiddenNYC.com.
