Join this multi-faceted company as they embark on a journey through various perceptions of what home looks, feels, and sounds like to our diverse collective of dancers and choreographers.
Part of the Culture Shock Dance Troupe, Inc network, Culture Shock, Washington DC is a nonprofit hip-hop dance organization serving the DMV community since 2002. By utilizing hip-hop & urban dance culture to educate, enrich, and entertain, Culture Shock delivers innovative performances and develops future artists and citizens. Culture Shock’s five troupes perform regularly across DC, Maryland, and Virginia with their athletic and adaptive choreography full of style, skill, and explosive fun.
