Lydia Johnson premieres "Crossing by River," a women's quintet informed by female sisterhood and solidarity, set to music by contemporary Argentinian composer Osvaldo Golijov. Compositions by Philip Glass accompany the program's other two ballets: "Falling Out," in which Johnson very subtly reveals a three-way relationship; and "Summer House," a dramatic look back in time, inspired by memories of summer weeks spent in country cottages. Three performances, June 23 at 8:30 PM and June 24 at 2 & 7 PM at the Salvatore Capezio Theater at Peridance, 126 East 13th Street.
