AUDIENCE REVIEW: Zullo/RawMovement presents "The Architecture of Proximity"

Company:
Zullo Raw Movement Dance Company
Performance Date:
November 1, 2015
Freeform Review:
The Zullo Raw Movement Dance Company performance of “The Architecture of Proximity” (November 1, 2015) was a stunning and thought provoking experience. Designed not only as a dance but also as an artistic piece meant to explore the relationship and interaction between performers and the audience blurring the lines between observer and performer. The creative set and architectural features contributed to this unique environment for us to observe this modern dance performance. The dancers in the company were strong, creative, athletic and performed virtually non-stop for over an hour. Dancers beautifully and superbly performed solos, duets, trios and ensemble pieces. This was a thoroughly enjoyable performance and experience and I hope to see more of Mr. Zullo’s dancers and choreography in the future.
