Suggested donation $8 or Pay What You Can, all donations will go to the teacher of the day.
Dance to the People invited teachers who are seeking to develop a particular dance technique, or answer specific movement questions, to teach class, and hence make the learning space a collective laboratory.
Check them out, and come to as many as you can, and if you're a dance teacher yourself, you'll get to reflect on teaching strategies and share some knowledge.
BAX | Brooklyn Arts Exchange is providing a home for Dance To The People, to curate this series of donation-based Open Adult Classes. This series is a part of the CREATING SPACE Program. Funded in large part by the Lambent Foundation Fund of Tides Foundation, the CREATING SPACE Program provides opportunities to support and develop artists of all races, backgrounds, cultures, sexual orientations, gender identities and aesthetic traditions.
