Kim is both boot camp-coach and nurturing yoga instructor, guiding you through the experience with personalized attention, encouraging and challenging you every step of the way. In many years of experience as a personal trainer and instructor for small classes, Kim has developed and honed her singular workout, a deeply connection-oriented and dynamic hybrid of disciplines, with yoga at its center. This challenging workout taps into the inner work of correcting, restoring and balancing. Fusing: Dynamic Integration: A combination of strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility training. Students move between challenging exercises with minimal rest. Through personal attention and modifications, you will learn to focus on postural awareness, body alignment, and proper breathing while you sweat.
