Basic/Intermediate Stability Ball Course
Basic: November 2 from 3:00 - 8:00pm
The Basic/Intermediate Stability Ball Course begins by reviewing the movement and core principles involved in the Pilates Mat exercises. Students work through the basic mat series and discuss ways to incorporate the stability ball into each exercise. The class discusses additional exercises for the ball derived from Reformer and Cadillac equipment practices.
