A free panel discussion, titled "Black Swan: Solidarity Beyond Colored Pointe Shoes," will examine how dance can help organizations and individuals deal with the stress of racial segregation, diminished resources, and social disenfranchisement.   The distinguished panel of women of color in the ballet world includes Baraka Sele, arts consultant and former VP of Programming at NJPAC; dance historian Zita Allen; pioneer Delores Brown, a member of the NY Negro Ballet in 1957; Karen Brown, former artistic director of the Oakland Ballet; and Andrea Long-Naidu, former dancer with NYCB and DTH; joined by Iquail Shaheed.   Admission is free, but reservations are recommended.  Please e-mail iquail@iquaildance.org
