Our Diamond Group enables older dancers in New York to meet and discuss common issues relating to career development, work-related skills, finances, health, and other aspects of their professional lives. In addition, group members exchange valuable information and resources. On occasion, guest speakers are invited to share their expertise on topics of interest to the group.

Everyone is in the business of managing their own careers and looking for additional new work and contacts. Join us with our Guest Career Coach, Regina Gatti, as she will discuss the latest job search strategies, offer tips, and answer questions.
Guest Coach, Regina Gatti is a magna cum laude graduate of East Carolina University and holds a BFA in Theatre Arts with a Musical Theatre Concentration and dance minor. A former Equity actress, Regina’s performance credits include numerous regional theatres, Rosie in the National Tour of Bye Bye Birdie, and the once in a lifetime experience to travel the world as a singer/dancer aboard Holland America’s Prinsendam, visiting 80 ports of call throughout 40 different countries. Regina currently works as an Executive Recruiter and Co-Head of the Office Support and HR Team at Green Key Resources, one of NYC’s largest recruiting firms.
