Reflections//Refractions: The Empathy Project, an immersive journey that explores empathy, compassion, fear, and division. Follow six dancers as they navigate the complicated digital and physical landscape to find a deeper human connection.
You’ll be guided through the parlor floor of a brownstone, at times being guided, and other times choosing your own adventure to connect to your own understanding of empathy and division. You’ll encounter dance, video, sound, and lively music.
If you are a dancer or artist in need of a discount to be able to come to the show, please email info@danceboissiere.com. Please also note that there are stairs to enter the brownstone.
The Empathy Project is made possible in part with funding from the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone Development Corporation and administered by LMCC, and with public funds from Creative Engagement, supported by the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council and administered by LMCC.
