Flamenco Vivo seeks Experienced Stage Manager for NYC Boros and National Tour

Touring dates throughout NYC boros: December 7-13th, 2015
National touring dates: February 4th - March 10th, 2016
Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Attend rehearsals as needed
· be present on stage during tech rehearsals/sound check
· learn cues -call show
· making/confirming all intercity travel arrangements, including hotels, flights, and rental cars
· transporting dancers and musicians to venues, classes, meals, etc
· setting up and striking all wardrobe and laundry before/after shows as needed
· advancing hospitality requirements to all venues
· setting up company video camera to record performances
· anticipating any issues that may arise and tending to them
· be right hand to Associate Artistic Director
Advance show to venues as needed
· Drive vehicles as needed from venue to venue
Candidates who can commit to both tours are preferred. However applicants available for only one tour will also be considered.
