The Lake Tahoe Dance Festival, founded and directed by Christin Hanna, announces its 7th season, with a program of works by Agnes De Mille, Festival co-founder Constantine Baecher (former member of the Royal Danish Ballet); Katherine Duke (Erick Hawkins Dance Company); Jacopo Godani (director, Dresden Frankfurt Dance Company); dancer/choreographer Traci Finch; and Roya Carreras, director of Roya Carreras + Artists. Diana Gonzalez-Duclert, who worked closely with Agnes De Mille, has set for the Festival a pas de deux from De Mille's last ballet, the 1992 "The Other," performed by American Ballet Theatre. The rarely-seen duet will be danced here by Abi Stafford, principal with New York City Ballet, and Stephen Hanna, former principal with New York City Ballet.
