Southern Utah University seeks a highly motivated individual for a tenure-track position as an Assistant Professor of Dance with the appointment to begin Fall 2021. This faculty will instruct nonmajor and major-level ballet technique (beginning-advanced) and culturally competent, decolonized Dance History and criticism, as well as contribute in at least two of the following areas: non-dance-major levels of jazz dance or tap dance technique, improvisation, or dance appreciation.
This position includes the possibility of an additional semester of teaching during the year for additional pay.
