2027 Winter Intensive
Company:
GALLIM
REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR GALLIM'S 2027 WINTER INTENSIVE
January 4-9, 2027 in NYC
Fresh off YEAR at The Joyce Theater, GALLIM invites you into the work. For six days, you won't just learn choreography. You'll step inside it. Train the way the company trains, rehearse the way the company rehearses, and take the stage as part of Andrea Miller's world.
TRAIN. Start every morning in GALLIM Methods, Andrea Miller's signature approach to physicality, stamina, and presence, led by GALLIM Artists.
REHEARSE. Dive into YEAR alongside dancers from around the world. Build trust, stretch your range, and learn to move as a company.
EXPLORE. Go beyond technique with creative sessions designed to feed the whole artist: dance jams, guided meditation, manifesting and goal-setting workshops, and more.
CONVERSE. Share lunch and honest conversation with Andrea & GALLIM artists. Ask the questions you've been carrying about making art and building a life in dance.
PERFORM. Close the week on stage at the Jack Crystal Theater at NYU in a public performance, with professional video documentation to take home.
CONNECT. Leave with more than footage. Leave with people. The artists you sweat beside this week become part of your creative family.
Eligibility
Open to all intermediate/advanced movers ages 16+ who have a strong interest in training in GALLIM methods and learning GALLIM repertory by Andrea Miller. Rigorous physical training in class, repertoire, and movement creation is a significant part of this intensive.
