Looking to take some classes this summer? Come join BodyStories: Teresa Fellion Dance at our Summer Intensive 2023!
Our intensive aims to continue our mission of unleashing creativity and empowering dancers. Come take classes taught by the incredible Teresa Fellion, BodyStories company members, and guest artists! All movers over the age of 16 are welcome! Dancers will also have the opportunity to create a dance film and their own choreography under Teresa’s mentorship! Concluding the intensive there will also be a live performance! That’s not all! Movers who participate in Summer Intensive sessions will also be invited to perform in a company NYC performance on August 11-12th! You don’t want to miss out on these great opportunities!
This year, we are offering a special 2-part Summer Intensive! Session one will be a deep dive in Jefferson, NY followed by session two in NYC as a continuation of our material! We’d love for you to join us for both!
Session One: Zoom or in-person at Middlebrook Arts Research + Residency Center (MAR+RC)
Dates: July 20-23, 2023

Interdisciplinary LAB: 10 AM-10:45 AM
Technique: 11 AM- 12:30 PM
Improvisation + Composition: 2-4 PM
Live Performance at Middlebrook Arts, and option for NYC August performance participation as well.
Daily Evening Activities
Other activities during the week include discussions, guest teachings, late-night improv, movie nights, outing, and more!

In-person, for the full intensive- $225
Virtual (all 3-4 days)- $180
Drop-In Class Fee- $20 per class
Housing fee (if needed) per day/night -$40
Session Two: New York City
Dates: July 25-26, 2023

Both Days: $100
One Day: $60
