40th Anniversary Performance of Saeko Ichinohe's Company, December 3, 7 PM, at the Ailey Citigroup Theater, 405 West 55 Street.   The evening includes highlights from past performances, shown on film, and live performances of two of Ichinohe's most celebrated works: "Heian" and "The Tale of Genji."    Evening will also include the World Premiere of a work with live music by shamisen master Yukio Koma.    The reception and silent auction following will have several elaborate company costumes on display for auction.
