H.T. Chen & Dancers present "A TRIBUTE TO REMY CHARLIP," the unique and well-loved dancer/author/choreographer/illustrator. David G. Vaughan will join the festivities, performing Charlip's "Ten Imaginary Dances," a work of ten vignettes, read aloud, which the audience is expected to imagine for itself in dance form. H.T. Chen & Dancers will appear in "39 Chinese Attitudes," one of Charlip's Airmail Dances, and "Twelve Contra Dances," staged the Lance Westergard. Competing the program will be an except from H.T. Chen's "Between Heaven and Earth." February 28, March 1 & 2 at Chen Dance Center, 70 Mulberry Street, corner of Mulberry & Bayard in Chinatown.
