Join Pentacle's Director of Fiscal Services, Clarissa Soto, for an APAP Session on effective strategies for making and managing money. As the marketplace continues to shift, performing arts organizations and independent artists must find ways to effectively manage their money through the creation and maintaining of bookkeeping systems. This session will explore unique strategies that will assist you with these systems, while helping you sustain cash flow and exercise good business practices. Participants will gain a basic understanding of accounting terminology, financial reporting, and organizational strategies, as it relates to the non-profit structure.

"Pentacle's Fiscal Workshop at Gibney Dance taught me that it's important to create a budget no matter how young the company. Pentacle's financial best practices are well suited for the arts non-profit sector. Their team understands the importance of a company's financial responsibility, and can directly help NYC DIY companies succeed both artistically and financially." Ashley Richard, Company Manager of David Dorfman Dance.
