Get the heart pumping and dance away your worries to the sounds of high-energy Latin and International music in this a special Zumba Dance Party. Based on the principle that a workout should be fun and “easy” to do, this Zumba workshop features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Karen Arceneaux leads this workshop at The Joan Weill Center for Dance – NYC’s largest building dedicated to dance and the home of the world-renowned Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater.
*Absolute beginners are welcome. Must be 16 or older to participate.
