American Dance Spectacular!

Company:
Choreographer: Al Blackstone
Travel with us on a sensational tour of American popular dance from yesterday and today! From the Charleston and Lindy hop to the jitterbug and the twist to disco and voguing, American Dance Spectacular! is an exploration of the 20th century’s flashiest dances with six leading Broadway dancers backed up by three Broadway vocalists and a live band.
The production is created, co-written and directed by Daniel C. Levine (Broadway’s Les Miserables and Mamma Mia!) and choreographed by Al Blackstone (Fox's So You Think You Can Dance) with music direction by Bryan Perri (Broadway's Wicked and Next to Normal) and book by Susan Batten (Lifetime’s Showing Roots).
