TAKING CARE: A STORY OF COMMUN HISTORY
BY ANNE MOURIER @ BROOKLYN PUBLIC LIBRARY PLAZA
For her performance created in May 2017 during Annual Open Studios at The Invisible Dog Art Center, artist Anne Mourier invites you to participate in these simple acts of washing white linens by hand, drying them in the sun, and ironing them with care. She wants to find out if these small acts can connect us all. Could our society begin healing through the simple act of Taking Care of things and of each other?
