Apply now to be a mentor or mentee in Dance/USA's Institute for Leadership Training (DILT), a unique professional development program that brings together experienced Dance/USA members who are willing to share their knowledge and expertise with younger members who have an enthusiasm for advancing their career in dance.
The program will kick-off with a Leadership Training Seminar on June 12, in conjunction with the Dance/USA annual conference in Philadelphia. This will be followed by one-on-one matched mentorship relationships that will go through December 2013.
Funded by the American Express Foundation, with additional support from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, the program will support up to 12 mentor-mentee pairs. Selected participants (both mentors and mentees) will receive a 00 honorarium and 00 towards conference travel for participation in the program.
