The second annual Awards Ceremony of the Clive Barnes Foundation, Valerie Taylor-Barnes, President.    The selection committee has chosen four nominees from Theater and four from Dance, and the winners will be announced at the ceremony, December 5, 3 PM, at the Walter Reade Theatre/Lincoln Center, 65th Street between Broadway & Amsterdam.     The Dance Award will be presented by legendary Frederic Franklin; Theater Award will be presented by last year's winner Nina Arianda, now starring on Broadway in "Venus in Fur."    The event is free to the public.
