Keep your energy high as the temperature drops! This series will help you look and feel your best before the holiday season begins.
Increase your strength, endurance and flexibility while getting fit and fabulous! If results are what you want or if you want to take your fitness game to the next level, this four-week Body Weight Boot Camp session will be just right for you. Incorporating a variety of exercises, including, but not limited to, pushups, squats, burpees, squat thrusts, and a host of other explosive exercises, participants will work at their fitness level and be transformed physically and mentally. Taught and created by Karen L. Arceneaux, NASM certified personal trainer, weight loss specialist and corrective exercise specialist, and AFAA group exercise instructor, students will be taken through a progressive, exciting exercise program that will leave no room for plateaus. Results are the name of the game. Are you ready? Let’s go!
Note: Participants are strongly encouraged to bring water and a towel. Mats are supplied. However, participants can bring their own mat.
