SEPTEMBER 10 – OCTOBER 22 – EXHIBITION – Body is a participatory installation for the land supporting the building it is housed in. Originally created for the ground beneath the 100 year old gymnasium at Headlands Center for the Arts it is re-envisioned now for the ground beneath the Glasshouse at the Invisible Dog Art Center in Brooklyn. Make of imitation sinew, dirt, bodies and remnants of all three – Body collects, gathers, and encourages reflection on and movement toward a joyful future.

This exhibition is part of Intermediaries, a 2016 program co-commissioned and presented by the Invisible Dog and Immediate Medium and funded by the New York State Council on the Arts.
