Looking back on programs and media that delighted us as children and teenagers, we find the world was perhaps more disturbing than it first appeared. With vignettes, character studies, sing-a-longs, and dances, BOOM BAT GESTURE creates a collage of new short-form pieces devised for an evening exploring children’s television, music videos, and radio plays. BOOM BAT GESTURE Performance Group is a collaborative ensemble creating work in performance, dance, and theater.
