Brenner, Browne & Giobbi's "Momentum"

Three dance-world artists, Janis Brenner, Whitney Browne, and Lisa Giobbi, who are also visual artists, are presenting their new and recent works together in a month-long gallery exhibit and salon performance series:
- Whitney Browne - Photography
- Lisa Giobbi - Sculpture and Jewelry
- Janis Brenner - Mixed-media Collage.
The performance dates, curated by Ms. Brenner, include the Opening Reception on May 15, and May 20 (with Brenner performing scenes from "She Remembers her Amnesia", Juilliard grad Ellexid Hatch performing Brenner's "Contents May Have Shifted", Michelle Rosen and Brenner singing Joni, etc).
May 26 is a Birthday Celebration with appearances by Katie Geissinger singing Meredith Monk, Barkin/Selissen dancing "Accidental Suite" duet, JB&D performing "Where-How-Why Trilogy", Steps Conservatory dancers, and more.
Next performance dates are June 3 and 10, with singers, poet, choreographers, dancers/musicians, and more. Closing Reception on Monday, June 12.
PLEASE NOTE: The gallery is open for viewings from Wednesday - Sunday from 12 noon- 7pm.
Salon Performances are at 7:30 pm.
