These are surveys for the Chicago Dancer Pay Transparency Project (CDPTP). This project will present a holistic picture of Chicago's dance companies incorporating company budgets, funding, benefits, et cetera, with a focus on dancer pay. The survey for dancers is anonymous and can be filled out for each company a dancer has worked for in 2023. The survey for companies is not anonymous.
