Isadora Duncan Dance: The original release technique…… Broaden your knowledge of dance history and experience the free flow and play with gravity that is the Duncan technique. Loretta Thomas (director, Murray Street Studio) and Catherine Gallant (director ,Dances by Isadora) will teach classes which include floor, barre and center work that releases energy throughout the body, focusing on dynamic alignment supported by breath and imagery.
