New York Theatre Ballet

New York Theatre Ballet celebrates its 30th Anniversary with performances in New York City and on national tour.  NYTB is auditioning male and female classically trained dancers. Men should have strong, clean technique and good partnering skills. Women must have advanced pointe work and refined classical skill. Please visit www.nytb.org for more details.

The audition period is June 2-30. Class is Monday through Friday at 9:30 am. Please email Christina Paolucci, Associate Director at cpaolucci@nytb.org to schedule and audition. Contracts begin early September and run through the end of April 2009.

New York Theatre Ballet presents two annual series as part of its New York season. The Signatures Series consists of classic revivals by such master choreographers as Frederick Ashton, Antony Tudor, José Limón, and Agnes de Mille.  The Company also performs new choreography suitable to its distinctive role as a national chamber ballet company.  Dedicated to fostering emerging choreographers, NYTB provides a workshop environment for choreographic experimentation, as well as the formal presentation of new works.
