This class for advanced level dancers combines yoga and energy work, dance technique and Company XIV phrasework in an approach to movement that is formally structured yet places equal emphasis on sensation. Participants will be encouraged to move like themselves in an environment that honors the capacity of dance to be expressive and personal. Prior dance experience is required.
