Charlotta Öfverholms class is formed by her background both as a highly techniqual dancer and as an actress and former DV8 Physical Theatre member. Focus on both moving big in space as well as grounded to the floor and oneselves center. After a physical and techniqual warm up with both floor work and barre, follows choreographic phrases and variations, where dynamics changes from power to more lyrical movements.
