Indah Walsh Dance Company creates participatory gatherings where audience become active contributors rather than passive observers. “& Other Love Songs” is an interactive performance that challenges assumptions about love, beauty, aging, gender and celebrates intimacy, sadness, humor, vampires, and sparkly dresses. Because it wouldn’t be a proper dance performance without some sequins.
This show is kid-friendly, however, there a character who wears a vampire mask, which, while intended to be comical, may frighten young children.
