DanaKa Dance Presents "Thousand Plateaus" at the Irondale Theater

Company:
DANAKA DANCE
Thousand Plateaus is a unique production that combines architecture, visual art, and movement, and will be exposed for the first time this June at the Irondale Theater in Brooklyn, NY. This is only the beginning of Thousand Plateaus. We are aiming to tour and adapt this production to different venues internationally.
With its cultural influences from Tel-Aviv to New York, DanaKa Dance is boldly navigating today's boundary-breaking contemporary dance scene. Katz's choreography echoes the ceremonial ritual of Israel even as it embraces the exotic and extrinsic nature of her travels.
For three nights, Thursday June 19th - Saturday June 21st, we invite you to perceive dance differently, enjoy a wide range of art exhibitions, and experience a unique and refreshing dynamic of an evening of dance.
7:30PM Pre-Show Film Screening / Visual Art Event
8:00PM Dance Performance
9:00PM After Party
