Moving Together Free All-Ages Online Dance Class: Afro-Caribbean Dance - Wednesday, June 17th, 4:00-5:00pm EDT
Enjoy the lively sounds of Reggae and Soca music as we jump, wine and mashup the dancehall! Pia Monique Murray leads you through exciting choreography featuring a variety of movements from Dancehall, Reggae and Soca. You’re invited to bring your flag to represent where you’re from – just be ready to sweat! Murray performs contemporary dance with RAKIA!, traditional dance from Côte d’Ivoire with Vado Diomande’s Kotchegna Dance Company, and leads Pia Monique Murray Dance Collective (PMMDC).
