Debut performances of William Isaac's Kymera Dance, presenting new works by Isaac and guest choreographer Abdur Rahim-Jackson (former 10-year member of Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater). Guests are members of Armitage Gone! Dance performing two sections of Armitage's "Three Theories." William Isaac is a founding member of Armitage Gone! Dance, and danced with the company until he retired from performing in 2010. Recipient of a2008 Bessie for his workwithArmitage Gone! Dance, he also danced with the Ailey Company, Dance Theater of Harlem, Complexions, and the Ballet de Lorraine in France, among others. Performances February 24 & 25 in the Little Flower Theater a tLaGuardia High School, 100 Amsterdam Avenue.
