The Famous Accordion Orchestra, led by Bob Goldberg (of the late Washboard Jungle), is a group of flexible size that bridges the traditional and the post-modern, ranging from Rossini to Duke Ellington to Paolo Conte to Kraftwerk. They have performed in clubs, gardens, cemeteries and parades throughout the city. The orchestra returns to The Lounge on November 9.

Crafted by Raven Melissa Officinalis VanVan of Kings County Coven No. 1; special guests and associates are sure to be compelling. Audience members are encouraged to bring questions to be addressed by oracle, wishes to be sacrificed in the fire of hope, and secrets upon which we will feast.

Bingham Prize " for an exceptionally talented fiction writer whose debut work-a first novel or collection of short stories published in 2011" and is a 2011 finalist for the Ken Kesey Prize in fiction.

A special documentary preview on Joseph Cavalieri, directed by Oliver S. Wharton. Joseph's glass work combines elements such as pop icons, engravings, and two-headed birds. Much of his work is commission based, where he works hand-in-hand to produce permanent installations specifically for theaters, schools, international residencies and private homes. Dixon Place has one of Joseph's installations in the entrance!
