Yuki Hasegawa presents her Azul Dance Theatre in a program of works by Hasegawa and guest choreographer Kanako Yokoto, and Taiwanese twin sisters Hsiao-Ting and Hsiao-Wei Shieh.   Cellist Serafim Smigelskiy will join the company of 14 dancers, and the pre-show multimedia installation will be by Purring Tiger.    A highlight of the program will be the premiere of Yuki's "Mugen," a group work based on folk and traditional Japanese dance, elaborately costumed and utilizing swordplay, fans and umbrellas.   February 2 at 8:30 PM and February 3 at 2:30 PM at the Salvatore Capezio Theater at Peridance, 126 E 13th St.
