Free Dance Classes

Representatives of the Limon Dance Company and Limon Institute return to Bryant Park, 42nd Street and Avenue of the Americas, to teach free movement classes every Saturday, 10 to 11 AM, through September 8th.   Live music accompanies all classes, which do not stress formal technique, but are designed for movers of all levels and ages.   All that's required is comfortable clothing and a love of movement.
