Lynne Taylor-Corbett, Meredith Monk, Norton Owen and Allan Pepper announce a one-night fundraising party for Margaret Beals, longtime bright light on the New York arts scene, and her Impulse Dance Theatre Arts.    The fundraiser will launch a one-year project for Beals that includes production of "Dancing Without Steps," a film about her career scheduled for a Spring 2013 release; and a series of conversations on the topics of The Power of Improvisation in Dance, Theater, and Comedy, scheduled for this October.    The discussions, led by Beals, will feature panels of distinguished artists, musicians and dancers.    June 11, 7 to 9 PM, at The Bubble Lounge, 228 West Broadway.
