Artistic Director Janet Eilber and Elizabeth McPherson, author of the newly released book The Bennington School of the Dance: A History in Writings and Interviews, will discuss the creation of Panorama, Graham’s classic from 1935, which is based on a theme of social activism. The evening will include archival films and photographs and a complete performance of the work by top dancers from Montclair State University.
