A movement class for children with special needs.
Dear Parents,
On Thursday June 4th at 1:30 p.m. (NYC public schools closed) join Dancewave for a FREE special movement class for children and caregivers, led by teaching artist/dance therapist Jessica Zippin. This class will be held at Dancewave 182, located at 182 4th Avenue, Brooklyn, and features natural light, carpeted floors and NO MIRRORS! This introductory class is a preview to our new Little Wavers program that includes fun movement based activities designed for children (ages 4+) with autism spectrum disorders & severe cognitive dysfunction. The Little Wavers dance classes will all be structured creatively to offer your children fun, movement based sessions guided with a therapeutic approach.
