Isadora Duncan Nature Repertory and other Timeless Dances

Dance Visions NY is delighted to present a unique, tailored program for beautiful Steppingstone Waterside Theater. Included are several works created this year as well as company favorites.
Highlights include Isadora Duncan’s Tribute to Greek Gods, created to Schubert’s Symphony in C (the Great), and new Beth Jucovy works. Hymn, a prayer for the earth was created to a Native American medley arranged for the dance by soprano and choral director, Farah Chandu. The program also features Jolted Reverie, another new work, set to music of Beethoven and music of percussionist Napoleon Revels Bey, who will play live at the concert along with pianist Paul Baserman. Tangos another premiere, includes duets, featuring one man and four women, and an enticing finalé, created to the stunning music of Astor Piazollo. A company favorite, Landscapes, to the music of spanish guitar will aslo be featured at this concert.
