Isadora Duncan in the 21st Century

Company:
Isadora Duncan Dance Foundation
Celebrate Duncan’s 140th birthday with performances by the companies of Duncan notables Lori Belilove, Jeanne Bresciani, Catherine Gallant, Beth Jucovy and Andrienne Ramm, and Andrea Seidel. The performance opens with the dance that opened all of Duncan’s concerts, the Ave Maria, and closes with Rosepetals. Additional dances will include those elucidating Duncan’s choreographic themes such as Ecstasy, Tragedy and Triumph, and Women Warriors. Seidel will offer insights and readings from her newly published book.
