Life Symphony: The Origins by Alternative Synergy The Company
Company:
Alternative Synergy The Company
Alternative Synergy the Company (ASTC), with two sold-out full productions in 2018, “ASTC The Debut” and “ASTC The Debut Part II”, we are proud to present yet another phenomenal dance production -- Life Symphony: The Origins.
Life Symphony: The Origins, builds upon “ASTC The Debut”. The dance performances include a combination of contemporary and street style dance techniques paired with a custom soundtrack by a Brooklyn-based recording artist, Busy Beds, and mixed by Italian sound engineer Good Things Records.
Life Symphony: The Origins is character driven, with each story focusing on the struggles of expression of the inner artistic nature. The stories are derived from the choreographers' and dancers' real-life experiences, ranging from sincere to humorous while being universally accessible to audiences of all ages and backgrounds. The hour-long show will see the return of some of “The Debut’s” most popular pieces, as well as at least 30 minutes of new, and have never been seen before pieces. The styles include Lite Feet, Popping, Stilettos, House, Flexing and a Contemporary. Life Symphony opens the doors to the exciting ASTC lineup of performances for the company in 2019. A journey into humanity, talent, challenge and community.
Directed by Founder and Director of Choreography of ASTC, Amanda Spilinga. Details below.
