Forget your troubles, come on get happy with Lighten Up! A program of dances to make you smile, giggle, or laugh out loud. Dances by pioneers Helen Tamiris (staged by Elizabeth McPherson) and Beverly Blossom, and contemporary choreographers Antonio Fini, Claire Porter, Henning Rubsam, Margo Sappington, and Bradley Shelver. Performers: Valentina Kozlova, Andrei Jouravlev, Fini, Aoi Matsuda, Porter, Rubsam, the Joffrey Concert Group NY, dancers from the Joffrey Ballet School NY, and Montclair State University Dance Ensemble.
