What do you love about yourself?
In this workshop we'll start with a centering focused around self-love, a facilitated sharing circle, some gentle yoga postures, and a 30-minute yoga nidra practice focusing on cultivating compassion. Herbal infusions will be provided to help support our work. All are welcome.
