Miro Magloire's New Chamber Ballet's Opening Performance of 2023-24 Season
Company:
Miro Magloire's New Chamber Ballet
Miro Magloire opens his New Chamber Ballet's 2023-24 season with four short ballets set to music by Ravel, Pierre Boulez, and contemporary composers Beat Furrer and Wong Foo Jeng.
A highlight of the program will be the return of one of Magloire's signature works, the 2010 solo "In A Simple Black Dress," danced by Amber Neff.
The dance ensemble is completed by Anabel Alpert, Megan Foley, Nicole McGinnis, Rachele Perla, and Kayla Schmitt.
As always, live music accompanies all dances and will be performed by resident musicians, Melody Fader, piano, and Doori Na, violin.
